Items must be UNUSED, with ORIGINAL TAGS attached, and returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING in resalable condition to be eligible for return. Please review our full return policy below.

Need to Return or Exchange Something?

No problem — if your order isn't quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund on most items. (Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.)

All purchases made through www.spacerockglassing.com are covered by a 14-day exchange or refund window, starting from the day you receive your order. Just follow the steps outlined below.

⚠️ Surfboard Returns Policy:
Surfboards are non-refundable. They are only eligible for exchange, and only if they are in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
Used boards, custom builds, or boards sold on trade-in are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged in transit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email us with the following information:

  • Your Order Number

  • Item(s) you want to return (include size, quantity, etc.)

  • Whether you're requesting a refund or an exchange

We’ll email you a Return ID, which must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
Returns will not be accepted without this number.

Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted unless approved by Space Rock Glassing in advance.

Important Guidelines

  • You are responsible for items until they reach us. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, including all tags and inserts.

  • If items are returned in a condition other than how you received them, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.

Surfboard Return & Exchange Instructions

If you are exchanging a surfboard, it must:

  • Be unused, with no wax, no dings, and no signs of wear

  • Include all original packaging, padding, and box materials

  • Be returned using secure shipping with appropriate insurance

Space Rock Glassing is not responsible for surfboards damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. Please repack the board with the same care we used to ship it to you.

Again, surfboards are not eligible for refunds, only exchange, and only if returned in new, untouched condition.

Refunds & Exchanges for Other Items

You’ll be refunded the full product cost (excluding original shipping) once the item is received and inspected.
If an item is faulty or if we shipped you the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping — just let us know before sending it back.
